Jeff Sargis AIA
Also a Wentworth Institute of Technology alumnus, Jeff has worked on large-scale and boutique projects across New England, Florida, Michigan, and Mexico. He has been involved in the development and approval process through various municipalities and has contributed to the planning and development of over 3,500 apartment units.
Sanir Lutfija
Holding a Master of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Sanir excels in design principles and innovative solutions. His experience in development and permitting facilitates smooth navigation of regulations, and his skills in entitlement presentations ensure clear communication with community partners.
Cam Pierce
Cam is an architectural designer focused on creating thoughtful, detail-driven spaces that elevate the human experience. With experience in multifamily, hospitality, and corporate office design, he has worked on projects for HarbourVest Financial, Sinch Voice, National Futures Association, and Bain Capital, among others. His expertise spans visioning, space planning, finish selection, and immersive 3D visualization, with contributions to landmark developments such as Echelon Seaport, The Beverly, and The Sudbury. Cam’s approach balances aesthetics and functionality, ensuring cohesive and impactful design solutions that respond to evolving needs.
