Jeff's tenure at Pizzuti Development included working on the design and construction of two mirrored multifamily residential buildings. These two buildings were thoughtfully oriented to create a central gathering area and convenient vehicular drop-off zones.

One of the standout features of these buildings is that the majority of the units boast recessed decks and spacious eat-in kitchens, which create an inviting and comfortable living experience for residents. In total, there are 120 units that offer a variety of floor plans to meet the diverse needs of the community.

In addition to the residential units, the development also includes a central community building that serves as a hub for residents to gather, socialize and enjoy a variety of shared amenities. This building features top-of-the-line facilities, including a fitness center, club room, and other common areas for recreational activities.

Overall, this project resulted in an outstanding multifamily residential development that offers a comfortable and engaging living experience for residents.
