Studio Sargis is led by Jeff and Stav Sargis, licensed architects and Wentworth graduates with backgrounds in multifamily housing, construction, and institutional. The team’s experience spans market-rate, affordable, mixed-use, historic adaptive reuse, and development feasibility work across more than 3,500 residential units.

Projects range from single-family homes and gut renovations to multifamily developments and mill conversions. Principals are involved in every project, bringing a strong understanding of zoning, construction, and the economics of development from early concept through permitting.
